- The cost for a Tax Certificate is $58.00 per property. Please fill out one form per property.

- Tax Certificate will be emailed to you at the email provided.

- Tax Certificates are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

- Tax Certificate fees are non-refundable.

(it is recommended to purchase Tax Certificates no more than 30 days in advance of closing/requisition date to ensure the most current account information)
