The Recreation Financial Assistance Pilot Program has two streams:

This application is for subsidized All-Access Day Passes for Social Service Agencies. If you are looking for the subsidized monthly FUN Pass application for Individuals, please visit orillia.ca/programs and click on the appropriate application. 

1. All-Access Day Passes (Social Service Agencies)
   Qualified Social Service Agencies that provide supports to residents of Orillia would qualify to purchase All-Access Day Passes at a subsidized rate to provide to their clients. The program provides $5,000 total per year in funding to cover the non-subsidized portion of the All-Access Day Pass. Social Service Agencies would be responsible for paying $2.00 (including HST) per pass, whereas the City would subsidize $4.63 (including HST) per pass.
