Are you a farmer, artisan, or food vendor? Join us for an amazing summer at the Orillia Farmers' Market! Showcase your products, connet with the community, and be a part of a market that celebrates local talent and fresh goods!
Every Saturday from May 17 to October 11, 2025.
Open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Located in Municipal Lot 4 adjacent to the Orillia Public Library and the Orillia Opera House.
You must reside within a 100km radius from the City of Orillia and make or produce all the products yourself.
Food vendors : Your food must be prepared in either an SMDHU inspected kitchen or a commercial kitchen. You must be pre-approved by SMDHU before you join the Orillia Farmers' Market. Craft/Artisan Vendors: All products intended for sale at the market must be made by the vendor. We do not allow any vendors that resell products, thrifted items, or MLM products.
Vendors are required to provide their own tent, tables, and chairs. All tents must have appropriate weights - it is recommended to have 10lbs per tent leg.
All stall fees will be due in full prior to the start of the season. Once your application has been approved the Market Manager will provide further information on how to pay your stall fees using a secure online payment link from the City of Orillia. Please note, we do not accept e-transfers and will never contact you via Facebook or Instagram. All communication will be via email.
Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor. You will be contacted by email to confirm your application as a vendor.
