Vendor Application Form - Winter Season

Use this form to apply for our indoor Winter Season.  The Winter Season is every Saturday from January 10 to May 9, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We are located inside the Orillia Public Library.

This is an indoor market.  All spaces are 6ft frontage.

We open regardless of rain, shine or snowstorm!  

NOTE : We are full in these vendor categories : Candles, Wax Melts | Amigurumi | Coffee | 3D Printing | Sourdough Breads |

You must reside within a 100km radius from the City of Orillia and make or produce all the products yourself.   

Food vendors : Your food must be prepared in either an SMDHU inspected kitchen or a commercial kitchen. There is no cooking allowed at the indoors Orillia Farmers' Market.  You must be pre-approved by SMDHU before you join the Orillia Farmers' Market.  You will be required to provide proof of inspection.  For more information please contact the Market Manager at marketmanager@orillia.ca 

Craft/Artisan Vendors: All products intended for sale at the market must be made by the vendor. We do not allow any vendors that resell products, thrifted items, or MLM products. 

Vendors are required to provide their own tables and chairs.  Casual vendors must provide dates in advance and all fees must be paid in advance by the first market date of the season.

Vendor Declaration:

I, the undersigned, hereby declare that:

1. I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions attached hereto (City of Orillia Policies 9.1.1. Policy Statement and 1.9.1.2 – Farmers’ Market Operations – Terms and Conditions), and agree to strictly adhere to the provisions contained therein;

2. Payment in full will be provided to “Orillia Farmers’ Market”, plus applicable taxes as outlined by Schedule ‘A’ of Chapter 460 of the City of Orillia Municipal Code, being the User Fee By-law for the Orillia Farmers’ Market attached hereto; User Fees

3. I qualify to sell on the Orillia Farmers’ Market as indicated by the Vendor Category and Product Description set out in the application above;

4. I will substantiate my claim regarding the items I produce, and, if found to have made a false declaration, will forfeit my rights under this agreement;

5. I agree to sell only those items as listed and approved by this agreement, and understand that any changes to this agreement shall require the review and consent of the Market Manager, and/or the Farmers’ Market Advisory Committee;

6. I will not sell or display any live animals or any items of a “flea market” or “second hand” nature;

7. As a vendor on the Orillia Farmers’ Market, I hold free and harmless the directors, members and offices of the Corporation of the City of Orillia, the Farmers’ Market Advisory Committee, the Market Manager, Assistant and volunteers of the Orillia Farmers’ Market from any and all actions, claims, liabilities, assertions of liability which in any manner arise or be alleged to arise from any and all activities connected directly or approximately with the Orillia Farmers’ Market, including storage of goods or materials, whether such action, claim, liability or assertion of liability resulted directly or indirectly from the negligent acts or omission of said directors, committee members, offices, representatives, market manager and volunteers, or others connected with the Orillia Farmers’ Market;

8. I understand that the Market Manager reserves the right to provide any vacant, unoccupied stall space to other/casual vendors after 8:30 a.m.;

9. I am responsible to supply all equipment required for the display and sale of goods, including tables, seating, garbage and recycling receptacles, and that Market “Café” tables are for customer use only; 
10. I agree that all relevant vendor information may be disclosed on the Orillia Farmers’ Market website for promotional purposes, including the occasional use of photos;
11. The Council of the Corporation of the City of Orillia reserves the right to suspend this agreement in the event that use of the Market space is required for civic or emergency purposes.
