Use this form to apply for any of our dates for the Summer Season 2024 including our special pop up market on August 25, 2024 and September 22, 2024.

Our regular Summer Season is every Saturday from May 18 to October 12, 2024 (22 Weeks). We are located in the parking lot of the Orillia Public Library and open from 9am to 1pm. We open regardless of rain or shine.
Only accepted vendors will be contacted.
You must reside within a 100km radius from the City of Orillia and make or produce all the products yourself.
Food vendors : You must be pre-approved by SMDHU before you join the Orillia Farmers' Market. Your food MUST be prepared in either an SMDHU inspected kitchen or a commercial kitchen. You will be required to provide proof of inspection plus your approval permit. An additional form will be emailed to you. Vendors are required to provide their own tent, tables and chairs. A 10lb per leg of each tent is recommended. All casual vendors must provide dates in advance and if you are accepted, you will be sent a secure link to the City Of Orillia online portal to pay your fees. We do not accept e-transfers. Fees are due 2 weeks before your booked date.
Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor. You will be contacted by email to confirm your application as a vendor.
