Vendor Application Form - Fall Season 2024
This is an indoor market. A single space is = 6ft frontage.
Use this form to apply for any of our dates for the Fall Season 2024.
Fall Season falls on every Saturday from October 19 to December 21, 2024 (10 Weeks). We are located inside the Orillia Public Library and open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Interested in joining us in January 2025? Apply for our indoor winter season running January to May 2025.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BEFORE APPLYING.
You must reside within a 100km radius from the City of Orillia and make or produce all the products yourself.
Food vendors : You must be pre-approved by SMDHU before you join the Orillia Farmers' Market. Your food MUST be prepared in either an SMDHU inspected kitchen or a commercial kitchen. You will be required to provide proof of inspection plus your approved permit.

Crafter/Artisan Vendors: All items intedend for sale at the market must be made by the vendor. We do not allow any vendors who resell products, thrifted items, or MLM products.
All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the season. Upon approval of your application the market manager will provide you with more information on how and when to pay your stall fees.
Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor. You will be contacted by email to confirm your application as a vendor.
