Proclamation Request Form

The Mayor is pleased to issue proclamations for special occasions or special events for non-profit community groups and organizations.

Requests must be made at least two weeks in advance of the due date.

Please note:

Proclamations are issued at the discretion of the Mayor
Organizations do not have exclusive rights to the day, week or month being proclaimed
Proclamations of a similar topic will be issued on a first come, first served basis

Sample proclamations can be viewed upon request.
