Couchiching OPP Detachment Deputation Request Form

The requester/presenter is responsible for ensuring that they have received consent for any third party information.  The completed deputation request and presentation material will be published in their entirety in the public agenda available through the municipality's website. The Chair shall have the discretion to grant deputation requests, provided the subject matter falls within the Board's mandate.

Deputations shall be scheduled at the beginning of each meeting and shall be limited to a maximum of 15 minutes. Only one deputation shall be scheduled at a Board meeting. The Secretary-Treasurer shall inform the members of deputation requests that have not been granted and the reason for the denial.

All presentation materials must be submitted to the Couchiching OPP Detachment Board's Office by Noon on the Thursday 2 weeks before the requested meeting date.
