2024 DTCIP Grant Application Portal 

 

Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Downtown Tomorrow Community Improvement Plan Grant Program.

This application is for all DTCIP grant programs:

  • Feasibility/Design Study Grant,
  • Facade Improvement Grant,
  • Building Improvement Grant,
  • Residential Grant

2024 Intake Deadlines*

*All applicants must have completed the mandatory pre-consultation 

  • Early Bird Intake - Thursday, February 29, 2024 (only for applicants who have completed pre-consultation in previous years)
  • Intake 1 - Thursday, May 9, 2024
  • Intake 2 - Thursday, August 1, 2024
  • Intake 3 - Thursday, November 7, 2024

Applications must be submitted by 4 p.m. on the respective Intake Deadline Date.

You may submit your application in the following ways:

  1. Upload application and supporting documents on this portal
  2. Print the 2024 DTCIP Application and submit via mail/in-person drop off:

I understand that incomplete applications will not be accepted, and that if required information is not provided, the City will return the application or refuse to further consider the application until the required information is received.
 
For properties designated under the Ontario Heritage Act, building improvement works shall be supported by documentation in the form of a Heritage Impact Statement and historic photographs/drawings clearly showing the feature(s) to be restored/improved.
 
I confirm that I have completed my mandatory pre-consultation/attended a Community Workshop (or someone has completed this on my behalf).
