Please initial each statement below indicating that you understand and agree to the specified terms and conditions.

I understand that if I do not pay for and pick up by permit within 30 days of the approval, the approval is no longer valid and I must re-apply for an overnight permit.

I understand that overnight parking permits are available on a first-come first-served basis and are dependent on the outcome of this application.

I understand that overnight parking permits are sold on a yearly basis for $1,250 plus applicable taxes and I must reapply each year.

I understand that the 24-hr parking permits are non-refundable.

I understand that in order to allow winter operations to take place I must remove my vehicle from the 24-hr reserved permit parking area every morning between November 15 and April 15 before 7:00 A.M. and can return my vehicle after 9:00 A.M.; and that if I do not comply with this condition, my vehicle may be ticketed and/or towed at my own expense.

I understand that my 24-hr parking permit is only valid in the approved lot and that I must park in the “24-hr Reserved Permit Parking” designated area.

I understand that my 24-hr parking permit must be displayed (month, expiry and lot number) on my dashboard at all times while parked in the designated area.

Permit parking spaces are not guaranteed. City Council may remove or re-locate permit parking spaces if deemed necessary.
