Boardroom and Council Chamber Rental Application

Please complete the form to request a boardroom or the Council Chamber.

There are three meeting spaces at the City Centre that are available for public use: 

  • The Council Chamber, located on the main floor, can accommodate up to 135 people. 
  • The Tudhope-McIntyre meeting room, located on the main floor, can accommodate up to 50 people. 
  • The Everitt meeting room, located on the second floor, can accommodate up to 25 people. 

The three meeting rooms are available at no charge (one day per week) for non-profit organizations using the facility during the day (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) There is a fee for other users and for all who use the facility after hours and on weekends. CAO approval is required for evening and weekend use. 

Booking requests are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Non-profit organizations must provide their “non-profit registration number” at the time of booking in order to receive the ‘non-profit’ rate.
